Terms and Conditions
These terms cover the AI Dropshipping Starter Kit supplied free through this site. They describe what you receive, what it costs you, what we do and do not promise, and what you own at the end of it.
Who you are contracting with
The seller is Dropship FZCO, Premises No: 33007-001, IFZA Business Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, DDP, Building A1, United Arab Emirates.

There is no payment and no merchant of record, because nothing is sold to you here. Course access is delivered through a third-party platform, whose own terms apply to that account.
What you receive
Four components, supplied at no charge:
- A pre-built Shopify store, set up and handed over to you.
- Ten researched products with supplier links.
- The full dropshipping course, delivered online.
- A one-to-one setup call with an operator.
Nothing here is sold to you. There is no price, no trial that converts, no subscription, and no charge of any kind at any point on this offer.
Cost, and what the stated component values mean
You pay us nothing. We do not ask for card details at any point, and there is no amount charged by us now or later.
The individual values shown beside each component on the site are our estimate of what the component would be worth bought separately. They are a comparison only: not a price any of them is currently offered at, not an amount anyone has ever been charged, and no part of it is payable by you.
One cost is not ours to waive. A Shopify subscription is your own separate, ongoing cost, paid directly to Shopify, and it is required to keep a store online. It is not included and we do not receive any part of it.
We are an affiliate of the platforms your store is built on and may earn a commission from them when it goes live. That commission is what funds this, and it costs you nothing.
No earnings guarantee
Nothing on this site is a promise of income. Any figures, screenshots or stories shown are individual experiences and are not typical results.
What you make, if anything, depends on your own effort, the products you choose, your advertising spend, your market and conditions outside anyone’s control. You could make nothing. You could lose the money you spend on advertising and on your Shopify plan, both of which are real costs even though this is not.
Immediate access, and stopping
The course and the store setup begin as soon as you submit the form. Access is immediate and by design.
Statutory withdrawal and refund rights attach to paid distance contracts. Nothing is paid for here, so there is no payment to withdraw from and nothing to refund. You can stop using the material whenever you like and ask us to delete your details.
The store, and what you own
The Shopify store is created in your name and registered to you. It is yours: we take no revenue share, no equity and no ongoing fee from it.
You are responsible for the Shopify plan, for the products you choose to list, for your suppliers, and for complying with the law wherever you sell.
Course access and licence
Course access is delivered through a third-party platform and requires an account there. It signs you in with a code sent to the email address you give us, so that address has to be one you can receive mail at.
Your licence to the course is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login, resell, republish or redistribute the material, or use it to build a competing product.
Acceptable use
Sharing credentials, reselling course material, scraping the course, or attempting to interfere with the site or its systems will end your access.
Third-party services
This funnel depends on services we do not control. Each has its own terms, which apply to you directly:
- Shopify - your store and its billing.
- Course delivery platform - hosts the course and your access to it.
- Suppliers you choose for the products you sell.
We are not responsible for their availability, pricing changes, or decisions about your account.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the updated version is published here with a new date at the top. The version in force is the one published when you bought.
