Who is responsible for your data

What we collect when you fill in the form

The form on this site asks for three things, and records a few more alongside them:

• Your name, email address and phone number - the three fields you type.
• The country your phone number belongs to, worked out from the number itself rather than from your location.
• The exact consent sentence shown above the button, stored word for word rather than as a tick, plus the time and the IP address it was submitted from.

We do not store your timezone, and we do not store the campaign parameters from the link you arrived on. Those parameters are read into your browser’s own session storage so the advertising pixel below can use them, and they are cleared when you close the tab.

We never collect card numbers, because nothing on this site charges you. There is no checkout, no payment step and no card field anywhere in the funnel.

We store no transaction records, because there are no transactions.

Why we collect it

Your name and email are needed to build your store and to keep a record of what you asked for.

Your phone number is used to call you to set your store up and, if you agreed to text messages, to text you the links and updates for your setup. That contact is the product, not a marketing extra.

The stored consent sentence exists so that if you ever ask what you agreed to, we can show you the precise words that were on the screen when you agreed.

Text messages (SMS)

If you agree to receive text messages when you submit the form, Dropship FZCO (Dropship.io) may send text messages to the mobile number you provide. These messages relate to the store setup you requested, for example the link to your store builder, access to your free course, and other links or updates you ask for during your call with us.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time. If a message cannot be replied to, email support@dropship.io and we will stop texting you.
• Reply HELP for help, or email support@dropship.io.
• Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of using our services or of any purchase.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we protect your mobile information

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the sharing described in this policy; this information will not be shared with any third parties for any purpose unrelated to delivering our messages to you. We share your mobile number and opt-in status only with the providers that deliver our text messages, such as our messaging platform provider and mobile carriers, and only so those messages can be delivered.

Who else sees it

These services process your data because the site runs on them:

• Supabase - the database your submission is stored in.
• Brevo - the email platform. It receives your name and email address so we can write to you. Your phone number is never sent to it.
• Vercel - hosting. Requests to this site pass through it.
• Meta - the advertising pixel described below reports page views and, once you submit, that a form was completed.

We do not sell your data. Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

Where your data goes

The database and the hosting are operated outside the country most visitors are in, and the trading entity is in the United Arab Emirates.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@dropship.io and say which.

If you gave consent to be called, texted or emailed, you can withdraw it at any time (for text messages, reply STOP), and withdrawing it does not affect anything done before you did.

Cookies and tracking

This site loads the Meta advertising pixel on every page. It records that you visited, and when you submit the form it records that a form was completed. It sets and reads Meta’s own cookies, and those identifiers are passed on when you click through to the store builder so the visit can be attributed to the advertisement that paid for it.

Two other pieces of browser storage are used, and neither leaves your device: a note of how far through the video on the home page you watched, so it can offer to continue where you stopped; and, for the length of the tab only, the campaign parameters from the link you arrived on.

There is no Google Analytics and no TikTok pixel on this site. If that changes, this section is updated the same day and consent is collected where the law requires it.
